IP Phone

An Ip Phone is another word for VOIP Phone. They are both used over the internet with a landline number service.

You simply activate a VOIP service , connect your Ip Phone to your router using a LAN cable and port. By simply adding in the device Ip address to your browser you can log into the IP Phones profile to add your SIP account details, which you can get from us once the number is active.

We can also set up your whole system remotely without having to go to your offices , you avoid the physical set up fee of R350 per device . Remote set up is free.

Phones usually take 2 working days to get delivered and once received , you can simply remove from the box and connect via LAN cable as well your power cord. We can simply get on the phone with you or via WhatsApp to set up the device. The phone will be working in a few minutes.

The alternative to buying an office IP phone is downloading the app . we highly recommend the app called Acrobits softphone from the Playstore for a once off R114, download it on the cell and similarly we will provide you with username and password to get connected . You can be up and running with in a few minutes. You can then use your landline anywhere in South Africa provided that you have good internet connection whether WIFI or mobile data.

You can also work remotely whilst the need arises to do so , making sure you never miss your landline calls , its business as usual.
